yogajournal.com Self care  is not just about grooming ourselves , wearing the latest outfits or buying the most recent iPhone. Self care is something that should resonate deep within; physically, emotionally and mentally. We have to care for ourselves on a full scale . If I must say it is the most difficult thing any human can do because of  our daily relationships with others makes it impossible for some of us to evaluate ourselves,  take time off  or as I wrote in the previous blog have one on one with yourself. Skin Care

                                           acner.org Wearing makeup is a beautiful thing. I get to do a flawless finish, it increases my confidence, but every now and then I just want to step out and feel confident without any makeup on. When I remove my makeup  I want to make sure that my face is being cared for and this is all in the process of self love. It  has been a long process  for me but don't worry I'm making headway. At a really young age I had terrible acne, guys when I say terrible, terrible!!!. my skin tone was also uneven. It was just a hot mess, definitely not exaggerating.  I would even put powder on my face to cover up my acne, yes!!!  bad decision  because it made it even worst as it clogged my pores and increased the chances of spots appearing on my face again.
